Mrs. Elsie Enninful-Adu
Mrs. Elsie Enninful-Adu is an independent Investment
Consultant with over sixteen years working experience in private equity,
corporate finance, money market trading and equity research and trading in
Ghana. She was General Manager of Fidelity Capital Partners Limited, one of
the leading private equity fund management companies in Ghana with a unique
network of local and global partnerships in Ghana, Europe and Africa.
She was responsible for identification and assessment of
enterprises for Private Equity/Venture Capital investment, as well as the
management of the company. Her role involved financial and operational
reviews, valuation, deal structuring, due diligence, financial analysis,
prior to the recommendation for investment in companies. She also monitored,
post investment, investee companies of the Funds, with an eye to
facilitating exit.
She was responsible for firms in agro-processing,
pharmaceutical, medical, hospitality, ICT sectors in Ghana and in Liberia.
Her corporate finance activities included valuations, business reviews and
restructuring of organisations. Elsie also played an active role in fund
raising for Funds under management. She serves on the Boards of several
companies in agro-processing, medical and microfinance industries.
She holds an MBA in International Banking and Finance (University of
Birmingham, Birmingham, UK), Bachelor of Commerce, Diploma in Education
(Combined) University of Cape Coast, Ghana and Diploma, IDPM I & II
(Institute of Data Processing Management, UK). She is a Certified Valuation
Analyst (CVA) and currently serves on the AACVA Editorial Board for the
Value Examiner magazine.
